Low season: from 01/03 to 15/04 from 01/11 to 22/12 € 150

Medium season: from 01/04 to 30/06 / from 15/09 to 30/10 € 170

High season: from 01/07 to 15/09 and all holidays € 200

In case of late check in will be applied a penalty equal to:

Hygienic rules used in the apartment

The apartment is sanitized with certified equipment and steam at 100 degrees, an air purifier is used, the linen washed at 90 degrees, the ladies who do the cleaning use gloves, mask and medical shoes, doors, handles, furniture and all surfaces are disinfected.

Everything is cleaned with sanitizing detergents.

The apartment will remain free for 24 hours before the next check in.
