Composed of double bedroom, large and modern living room with access to the terrace, ultra modern kitchen equipped with everything, bathroom with tub, terrace overlooking the lake, parking and WI-Fi.

The management provides linen and towels.

Low Season from 01/03 to 15/04 - 01/11 to 22/12 Euro 110

Middle Season from 15/04 to 31/05 - 15/09 to 30/10 Euro 130

High Season from 01/06 to 15/09 and all holidays Euro 150

Are excluded from the price to be paid in cash on arrival

Tourist tax, € 1,00 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights,

Final cleaning € 100,00;

Weekly change of linen € 25,00;

In the winter months heating consumption Euro 2 per cubic meter

Nearby restaurants, grocery bars, bus stop that connects Bellagio and Como, about a kilometer pharmacy, information office and boat dock.

The apartment is managed by Emanuela, who at your arrival will be happy to offer you a welcome basket and will always be at your disposal for any advice, the love that binds her to the lake makes Emanuela the ideal host to make your vacation remain forever in your memories.

Check in from 15.00 to 19.00

Check out at 10.00 am

In case of late check in will be applied a penalty equal to:

€ 50,00 from 19.00 to 23.00

€ 70,00 from 23.00 to 00.00

For check over 00.00, only if agreed in advance € 100.00

Hygienic rules used in the apartment

The apartment is sanitized with certified equipment and steam at 100 degrees, is used an air purifier, the laundry washed at 90 degrees, the ladies who do the cleaning use gloves, mask and medical shoes, doors, handles, furniture and all surfaces are disinfected.

Everything is cleaned with sanitizing detergents.

The apartment will remain free for 24 hours before the next check in.
